Privacy policy

Eclose helps you log injections, weight, and reminders. No app account is required. Records you enter are stored on your device by default; the app does not automatically send them to the developer.

• Records and use: Injection, plan, weight, and note information you enter is used to show history, statistics, and reminders in the app.
• Apple Health: With your permission, the app may read weight and height for review and write weight you manually log to Apple Health. You can revoke access in system settings.
• iCloud sync: In versions that support this feature, after you turn it on, records sync through Apple's iCloud service to the private iCloud space associated with your Apple Account. You can turn sync off. The developer does not receive these records.
• Backups, Watch, and exports: System backups may include app data. Widgets and a paired Apple Watch may display information you choose. Files you export are saved where you direct them. You or the relevant Apple service manage these copies.
• Feedback: Only when you choose to email us do we receive your email address, message, and any screenshots you attach. We use them to respond and resolve your issue, and retain them only as needed for support. You may request deletion through the support email, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Purchases: Apple handles in-app purchases. The app uses purchase status from Apple to unlock or restore Pro; it does not receive your payment card details. Manage subscriptions and refunds through your Apple Account.
• Deletion and choices: You can erase on-device records in the app's Settings. This does not automatically remove copies in iCloud, Apple Health, system backups, or exported files; manage them where they are stored. You can manage iCloud data in iCloud Storage under your Apple Account settings. External websites have their own privacy policies when you open their links.

Website analytics

The website uses Cloudflare for traffic and performance analytics. We also aggregate page views and App Store link clicks by day, page, language, source category and button position. These aggregates are retained for 90 days and do not store visitor IP addresses, full referrer URLs, visitor identifiers or health records. The browser temporarily keeps a source category within the current session to classify navigation within the site; it does not create a personal identifier. Our aggregate events are not sent when browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Cloudflare processes information needed to provide its network and analytics services under its own policies. Website analytics are separate from health records in the app. The website has no health-record upload form.
