FAQ

Before you begin.

Does Eclose give medical advice?

No. Eclose only records the facts you enter. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend doses or injection sites. Follow your prescription and your clinician for medical decisions.

Is the free version enough?

For most people, yes: logging, reminders, full history, CSV export, 7/30-day trends and basic widgets are all free. Pro adds longer-range trends, weekly and monthly summaries, advanced widgets, the Apple Watch experience and PDF reports.

Annual or lifetime Pro?

Identical Pro access. Annual renews each year and can be canceled anytime; lifetime is a single purchase. Eligible new subscribers get a 1-month free trial on the annual plan.

Where are my records stored?

Records stay on your device by default. You can turn on iCloud sync to sync them to your Apple Account. Apple Health, system backups and files you export may also hold copies. The developer does not receive your health records.

How do I restore Pro on a new phone?

Download Eclose with the same Apple Account, then go to Settings → Pro and choose Restore Purchases.
