A GLP-1 injection tracker for Wegovy, Zepbound and more

If you have already been prescribed Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic or Mounjaro, an independent logging app can help keep the facts you enter together. Eclose combines an injection journal, weight history and reminders on iPhone. It does not make treatment decisions.

What belongs in an injection log?

The actual date and time, plus the medication, dose, site and notes you choose to enter. Find past entries by date and review weights you recorded over the same period. Entering a medicine’s name does not mean the app recommends it or its use.

Set reminders from your existing routine

Enter dates and times from your prescription and the routine you have already established. A reminder helps you remember that routine; it does not choose a treatment interval. Log what actually happened separately from receiving a notification.

Keep weight history separate from treatment conclusions

Weight trends show your own past entries. They cannot establish whether a medicine is appropriate, effective or needs a dose change. Follow your prescription and consult your clinician about treatment, missed doses or symptoms.

Choose privacy settings and keep your exports

Reminders hide medication names and doses by default. Core logging, reminders, all history, CSV export and 7/30-day trends are free. Optional features include iCloud sync, Apple Health and Pro PDF reports.

An independent journal, not an official medicine service

Wegovy and Ozempic are Novo Nordisk brands. Zepbound and Mounjaro are Eli Lilly and Company brands. Eclose is not affiliated with these brands or manufacturers. These medicines have different indications and instructions and are not interchangeable. For medicine information, check the manufacturer’s official resources and consult a qualified professional.

Official medicine information

Eclose records facts you enter. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, dose, schedule or injection-site recommendations. Follow your prescription and consult your clinician about medical decisions.
