Start with an actual entry
Record the date and the medication, dose, site and notes you choose to keep. You enter the facts. A logging tool does not decide what to take, how much or when.
Find a date instead of relying on memory
Review existing entries in Eclose’s history list or calendar. When looking back over a period, check the weight and notes you recorded for those dates. An empty date does not prove an injection was missed.
Take your records with you
Full CSV export is free for saving or organizing your own entries. A CSV is a data table, not a complete app restore backup. For a new phone, use the app’s backup and restore features or optional iCloud sync.
